Welcoming you unwind and take pause. This evening offers time spent in the kind and gentle company of our wonderful guest teacher Jackie King who will be leading a seasonal yin yoga, a restorative practice of soothing, passive floor-based postures cuddled up to bolsters, held for between 2 and 5 mins. Completed with a magical sound bath of gongs and crystal singing bowls, the vibrations working through every cell in the body helping them to heal themselves and therefore YOU!


This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and ages however there are some contra-indications to consider. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, this session is not suitable for you. If you have a severe mental health condition, please speak to Jackie.

The Gong yoga techniques you will be practising, combine Pranayama (breathwork), gentle movement, mantra, meditation and mat-based postures to help direct you toward a more meditative state. Therapeutic sounds generated internally and around you with the help of crystal bowls, percussion instruments, and gong, encourage the body to find its natural equilibrium, whilst creating space in the mind for resolution, release, and peace.

These are ancient healing and transformative practices that guide willing participants in the direction of their true nature from a place of comfort and harmony. Perfect for increasing strength, vitality, and mental clarity.

Jackie has been teaching for over 2 decades and is a senior yoga alliance teacher with over 10000 hours under her belt.

Jackie believes that anyone can do yoga and her approach is simple, unintimidating and light-hearted. She gives clear instructions and offers options for different abilities, focussing on breathing well at the same time as building strength, balance and flexibility.
