Online Grounding Vinyasa Workshop
with Isie Carter
Sunday 28th June 11.00am - 1.30pm COST: £15.00
Join Isie for a beautiful, grounding vinyasa practice, rooted in the principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket, working as a moving meditation to create space in your body and calm in your mind.
The physical practice will be followed by a fully guided chakra meditation, led by a full body relaxation using a blend of essential oils that will be sent to you (providing you book 7 days PRIOR TO the workshop date). If you would like your meditation to include a crystal relating to one or more of the chakras, please contact Isie in advance.
11.00 - 12.15 - A grounding, deep Vinyasa Flow
12.15 - 12.30 - Conversation
12.30 - 1.30 - Guided Chakra meditation
You will need: a yoga mat and blocks/belts, water, a towel (optional), eye bag (optional), blankets, warm clothing, cushion/bolster under knees for guided relaxation/meditation (optional)
Isie has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yin.
She is a proud mummy of two boys and loves being in the sun, bright colours, painting, puzzles, Frida Kahlo and Ibiza is her spiritual home 😉.
Isie is passionate about mental health, feminism and equality.
