90 MINUTE YOGA CLASS
Maddy's yoga instructing style is relaxed and completely inclusive. During this extended session you will be guided through a thorough warm-up before flowing through a fun and optionally challenging vinyasa sequence, the class will end with lots of deep stretches before an indulgent 15 minute Savasana.
This class is open to all-abilities and as always, Maddy will offer various levels in each option so you can work to your current level.
The purpose of this workshop is to delve deep, and quickly, to the inner self. This will follow with a Trataka meditation which will help you to strip away the ego and the chitta vrtti (mind chatter) to reveal your true self.

INNER CONSCIOUS WRITING
Maddy offers a way of writing that encourages the critical part of the mind to ebb away and leave the true voice of the self pouring out on to paper. It's much easier than it sounds and yet it can be incredibly revealing and personal.
Through the session you will be guided with writing prompts that will help you start a journalistic style of writing and there will be an invitation to share anything you have written should the mood take you.
