Elaine is a life coach, speaker, yoga teacher, personal trainer and qualified chef. Today she works with her clients on a one to one basis, and at life changing wellness retreats in stunning destinations around the world.
I discovered yoga while working in the music industry in London.

I stumbled across an Ashtanga Vinyasa class and was hooked! My self-practice for the next 10 years was discovering the Ashtanga Primary series. Along the way, I discovered ‘Rocket’ Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation.
I traveled to Mysore in India to train in Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa, I am also trained by the ‘Its Yoga’ School in ‘The Rocket’ and Yoga Nidra Meditation. I have also spent time at OCHS (Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies) studying The Philosophies of Yoga.
