No not at all. Our yoga studio is open to everyone! We have a selection of class passes and pricing options to suit every budget and lifestyle. From the odd occasional drop-in visit to a committed multiple times a week practice.
I'M RUNNING LATE, CAN I STILL COME TO CLASS?
Regretfully no, we have a strict policy on time keeping. This is out of respect to the other practitioners in the yoga class and for our teachers. They all carefully plan their classes and the first five-ten minutes is often the most vital in terms of meditation, breath work and grounding the participants. We ask that everyone arrives 15 minutes early for class to enjoy the atmosphere, have a chat with other yoga members and yoga teachers and to allow themselves to relax before class.
DO I NEED TO BE FIT AND FLEXIBLE TO PRACTICE YOGA, PILATES, BARRE, ETC.?
Not at all! We welcome all body types and fitness levels. The majority of our classes are suitable for all however if you are concerned you may not be able to keep up then we recommend attending our beginner's yoga class to start with. There are a few yoga classes scheduled that are best suited to intermediate practitioners but these are advertised as such. Please send us an email at to chat about your concerns.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Yourself, comfortable clothing that you are free to move around in (we recommend a tighter fitting top/t-shirt for yoga so that it doesn't slip over your face when practising), perhaps a bottle of water and optional money or a card for making purchases. No yoga mat needed, we've got plenty.
WHERE CAN I STORE VALUABLES?
We have lockers that you are free to use. Alternatively, we don't mind if you bring your valuables into the studio as long as they are discreet, away from the mats and all phones must be switched off.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We have plenty of free parking in front of the Leo building. We also have some spaces in the car park next door.
