A workshop to unlock the power of the heart

In these busy times, we can be pulled in many directions leaving us feeling fragmented, burnt out and unfulfilled. 

 

The workshop will dive deep into the practices that support the heart including asana, kriyas, pranayama, mudra, meditation and contemplation.

Expect a deep, embodied, nourishing asana practice with kriyas incorporated. Kate will lead a  mindfulness meditation to quieten the mind and open the heart, helping you to navigate your inner dialogue and exploring hindrances to clarity.

The intention of the workshop is to help you move through life with a greater sense of ease leaving you feeling grounded and deeply connected.

COST: £35.00 per person

Kate teaches traditional yoga practices including asana, pranayama, kriya and meditation with focus on alignment and mindfulness. Expect a holistic experience of mind, body and spirit. Kate’s classes are dynamic and rhythmical, drawing on spiritual contexts.
